Architect Nazrul achieved his Bachelor of Architecture degree from Bangladesh. He has in-depth exposure of architectural design, planning, and management. Mr. Nazrul is a seasoned Architect with over a decade of hands-on experience specializing in construction project management. He is proficient in overseeing the entire construction life cycle from initial planning and design to completion and handover. He demonstrated superb ability to effectively coordinate with contractors, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget. He ensures architectural drawings and specifications adhere to design intent and regulatory requirements. Architect Nazrul has strong leadership capabilities in supervising on-site activities, resolving construction challenges, and implementing quality control measures to maintain high standards of workmanship.

Mr. Ahsan achieved his Bachelor of Architecture degree from Bangladesh. He has adequate work experience based on a significant number of residential and commercial structures. His main focus is concentrated on cost-effective, user- friendly, and modern design. Mr. Ahsan frequently uses AutoCAD, Sketch UP, V- Ray, Illustrator, Photoshop, Lumion, and MS Office for his designing and 3Ds. He is directly involved in BCL's architectural planning, design permits, and site visits. Architect Khayrul Ahsan aspires to create a bond between architecture and life.

Nushrat Jahan is a dedicated Civil Engineer with over 13 years of experience in civil design and construction management. She holds a BSc in Civil Engineering from BUET, Bangladesh, and an M.Eng. in Civil Engineering from Ryerson University. Her career began in the telecommunication sector in Bangladesh where she honed her skills in site design for civil works & construction over nine years. After she completed her M.Eng. in 2018, she transitioned to Rebar Enterprises Ltd in Toronto as a rebar detailer for four years, developing a strong foundation in structural detailing. Nushrat Jahan now is directly involved in BCL's project planning, management, and operation. She is detail-oriented and committed to quality assurance & exceptional customer service. She thrives in both individual and collaborative projects. Her focus is always on delivering results on time and meeting the highest standards.

Originally from Nepal, Sangita Maharjan is a passionate and detail-oriented architectural designer with several years of professional experience in residential and urban design. With a strong foundation in architecture and a deep appreciation for both form and function, she brings a global perspective to every project she undertakes. Sangita specializes in creating thoughtful, human centered spaces and has contributed to a wide range of design projects from single family homes to multi unit developments. Her approach blends technical expertise with creative vision, making her an invaluable part of the Banalata Consultants Ltd. team.

Meher Sultana Moitry is a passionate Mechanical Engineer with over seven years of experience in HVAC system design, fire safety engineering, and mechanical project management. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Ahsanullah University of Science and Technology, Bangladesh; a Master of Business Administration from North South University, Bangladesh and a Master of Engineering from Laurentian University, Canada. Meher's career began in Bangladesh's engineering sector, where she built a strong foundation in HVAC design, mechanical calculations, and fire safety compliance for industrial and commercial projects. She has worked extensively on systems including chillers, VRF, and AHU applications, with hands-on experience in both design and project coordination roles. In her current position at Banalata Consultants Ltd., Meher is responsible for mechanical system design, equipment selection, technical documentation, and project planning. She is known for her precision, proactive problem-solving, and dedication to delivering practical, efficient, and client-focused engineering solutions.

With over six years of experience in architecture, interior design, and project coordination, this Architectural Technologist has contributed to a variety of residential and commercial projects. Mr. Rahman has over 12 years of experience in real estate management in Bangladesh. With a profound understanding of business management and a keen eye for exceptional customer service, Mr. Rahman is consistently steering his skills towards project acquisition, project management, and marketing & branding for BCL. Mr. Rahman has enriched his portfolio with diverged backgrounds of education. He achieved his Master Degree in English Literature from Bangladesh. He completed a business management diploma from Seneca College. Being passionate, he has been working as a Cardiac Sonographer in a Toronto clinic after he obtained his Diagnostic Cardiac Ultrasound degree from the Pharma Medical Science College of Canada.
